In addition to our annual Graduate Trainee (GT) recruitment designed for recent and fresh Engineering graduates, we are now inviting energetic and passionate Electrical Engineering graduates to jump start their professional engineering career by applying for our Power Systems Engineers Recruitment Program (PSERP).
Successful appointees will be assigned to work in one of PSBG’s frontline departments (e.g., Region, Transmission). Apart from receiving on-job training and coaching by Senior Engineer, you will go through a well-structured familiarization training programme, namely Emerging Professional Development Programme (EPDP), managed by CLP Power Learning Institute, covering departmental visits, safety, technical and non-technical skills training.
We would like to hear from you if you possess following qualification and attributes:
- A recognized University degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years’ relevant engineering experience (Candidate with less experience will be offered Assistant Engineer.)
- Passion for learning and long - term development in Power industry
- Good safety knowledge and mindset with strong sense of responsibility
- Good analytical ability and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate technical concepts in both English & Chinese/Cantonese
- A valid Driving License class 1/1a or 2/2a would be an advantage
