Job description

Hong Kong law firm is looking for a lawyer at NQ-2 PQE to join their expanding practice to undertake a broad corporate/commercial role. Opportunity to work beneath a senior lawyer with a tremendous amount of experience and a track record of training junior lawyers.

Hong Kong law firm that is looking to continue to grow with the addition of a junior lawyer. Strong client base and undertakes work on the corporate/commercial side of the market (no IPO work).

Undertake a broad remit of corporate/commercial work

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be well versed in company law. The candidate can have 0-2 PQE years of experience.

• Hong Kong admitted (candidates coming towards the end of their training contract will be considered)
• Chinese language skills
• Corporate/commercial experience for those that have completed their training contract.
