Head of Customer Proposition – Affluent Segment (Bank) | HK Talent Engage

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development and Execution:

   • Develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for the affluent segment, aligned with the bank's overall business objectives.
   • Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to drive product and service innovation.
   • Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish targets for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and customer retention.

2. Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management:

   • Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new affluent customers through targeted marketing campaigns, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
   • Build and nurture relationships with high net worth individuals, understanding their financial goals, and providing personalized wealth management solutions.

3. Business Development and Revenue Generation:

   • Drive revenue growth by promoting cross-selling opportunities and expanding the share of wallet of existing affluent customers.
   • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities and mitigate potential risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in the financial services industry, with a focus on affluent segment and propositions.
• Proven track record in business development, customer acquisition, and revenue generation within the affluent segment.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving business objectives.
• Sound knowledge of investment products, wealth management solutions, and financial markets.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with high net worth individuals.
• Analytical mindset and strategic thinking abilities to identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
