We are looking forward an IT expert to work in our Hotel's IT Department :

Job Description

  • Support IT daily Operations to the company users
  • Provide technical support and trouble-shooting for end-user.
  • Perform system administration and technical support on network, platforms, etc
  • Liaise and negotiate with vendors – PMS and hotel relative system such as PABX system,
  • call accounts system etc. and service providers on IT support tasks requirement.
  • Manage the Microsoft O365 and problem solving
  • Support, set up of VC, zoom and google meet.
  • Maintain and back-up safety
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to provide IT operation support

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience in IT related field is preferred
  • Independent, flexible & willing to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Kowledge of hotel system is a definite advantage
  • Immediate availability is preferred
  • Applicant witl less experience will be considered as Assistant I.T. Manager
