Noah's Ark Hotel & Resort - offers cozy and unforgettable stay for both local and international park visitors. To cope with our expansion, we are now looking for high caliber candidates for the following position:

What you need to do:

  • Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations to ensure highest standard of hotel service
  • Keeps close control on daily room assignment in order to maximize the daily room sales revenue
  • Work closely with Director of Sales in controlling room inventory and availability
  • Maintain Front Office Standards & Procedures in keeping with brand direction
  • Handle and revolve guest complaints in compliance with the hotel service standards
  • Assist to prepare performance and forecast report as well as annual budget

Who are we looking for?

  • A degree in Hotel Management is preferable
  • 10 years’ experience in hotel operations of which at least with 4 years’ in managerial level
  • Excellent leadership skills and should be able to supervise and train the team members
  • Flexible and adaptable to different changes and have good decision-making skills
  • Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
