From the moment you join the 3-year Global Technology Analyst Program (TAP) in August, you will be supported by experienced and welcoming colleagues to help you thrive.
The program will expose you to a variety of immersive and interactive technology trainings as well as an overview of the financial services industry. The training is conducted by highly skilled instructors and covers a vast breadth of subjects, including Unix, Windows, Java, Spring framework, object-oriented analysis and design, software engineering best practices, secure programming, testing, DevOps, Databases, middleware, messaging, systems architecture, containerisation and orchestration, system integration and Firm-specific tools.
The program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills to make real-world impact and a difference for the Firm and our clients. When you join your team, you become a vital and integral part of the equation to success.
All throughout the 3-year program, you will have opportunities to build your network with global and regional peers from locations such as Singapore, Japan, China, U.S., Canada and many more as well as connect with previous TAP graduates.
Roles and Responsibilities
Application Development Teams (Institutional Securities Technology)
From low latency and algorithmic trading, complex risk calculations and big data analytics to digital and end-user solutions such as AI driven advisory platforms, sophisticated cyber defense and large-scale, global infrastructure management - we maximize our investment in technology and innovation to provide clients and business teams with a competitive edge, drive efficiencies, and deliver stable, resilient operations 24/7.

Qualifications / Skills / Requirements- Bachelor's degree, Master's or PhD candidates in your final year of study and will graduate between July 2024 - July 2025
- Interest and aptitude for technology couples with excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding academic record and success in summer jobs, internships, and extracurricular activities, along with strong communication skills and the zeal to work in a collaborative environment
- Experience in at least one of the programming languages among Java / C++ / C#/ Python, strong hold on algorithms and data structures, and also have knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and Unix
