About Us:
A leading main contractor in the civil engineering sector, specializing in high-profile infrastructure projects. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project / Construction Manager - Railway System Assurance to join our team and support our MTR Operation Interface projects.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong qualifications in civil engineering construction projects.
• Utilize extensive experience in MTR Operation Interface construction, particularly at the trackside.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and various MTR departments, including Railway Protection, Operations, Maintenance, and System Assurance.
• Ensure compliance with MTR Safety Rules and understand the requirements for working within the Railway Protection Boundary.
• Prepare hazard identification and assessment reports, incorporating precautionary and contingency measures.
• Assist in developing method statements, emergency action plans, EDoc, BUGN, and all necessary documentation for executing operation interface works.
• Collaborate with other teams on operational hazard management, while also developing and updating System Assurance Plans.
• Prepare SA deliverables, including reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis and predictions.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil engineering construction, specifically with MTR projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in railway construction.
