About you:

• You're a go-getter with mad juggling skills (or multiple hats) who can thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
• You have a strong thirst for knowledge and are driven to find solutions that don't exist yet

What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:

• Handle daily settlement, including but not limited to Money Market and Bond etc.
• Good knowledge in RTGS and SWIFT system.
• Support and coordinate on different projects and drills both internal and external, such as regular drills with HKMA or HKICL.
• Perform daily reconciliation and investigation
• Ensure operational processes are in full compliance with the Bank’s policy and regulatory requirements
• Participate in project on new process/services development, automation of new process and system enhancement/UAT to improve operation efficiency

What is required and what we’re looking for:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• 2- 3 years’ experience in banking field, with exposure in settlement operations such as Money Market and Bond etc
• Knowledge and experience in Payment/Card operation is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of HKMA regulatory requirements
• Organized, responsible and keen for improvement opportunity
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good verbal and written English and Chinese
