• We are looking for Accounting Manager – with details as follows :

The Job :- Report to Finance Director

• Lead two accounting subordinates for full spectrum of accounting issues of Hong Kong office & Singapore office
• Verify daily operation transactions inserted by 2 subordinates in accounting system
• Monitor month end closing : going through to each account in ledger to ensure correctness
• Prepare monthly management report and accounting schedules to European Headquarters
• Quarterly Inter-companies Matching Reports & Bi-annually Group Reporting package to HQ
• Monitor cash flow and prepare fund flow statement
• Yearly budgeting to European HQ
• Communicate with bankers : confirm the daily drawdown on facilities i.e. Import & Export Loan; Factoring; Revolving Loan etc.
• Provide draft of year-ended management report and relevant accounting schedules
• Provide information to tax service consultant in order to complete tax return to IRD
• ERP System in accounting : participate in setting up new accounting system named Business Central
• Daily human resources & office administration role
• Degree holders in accounting and finance
• Strong command of both written and spoken in English; Mandarin; Cantonese
• Minimum 10 years of relevant position or equivalent
• Sound knowledge in application of ERP system : preferably SAP; Flex system; Business Central...etc.
• Proficient in using Excel Word, Microsoft Outlook
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 16 days
