• We are looking for Senior Accountant – with details as follows :

Role summary :

• This role involves leading the accounting teams in Hong Kong and Dongguan, managing all accounting operations, financial reporting, ERP implementation, and reporting directly to the CEO.

The Job :

• Financial Oversight: Manage the full set of accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, general ledger (GL) management, and account reconciliation.
• Team Leadership: Lead accounting teams in the Hong Kong office (3 members) and the China factory in Dongguan (10 members)
• Month-End Closing: Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing processes.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial and management reporting packages and schedules.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and perform cash flow management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Tax Compliance: Review tax computation and return for tax filing to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Reporting: Report directly to the CEO, providing updates on financial performance, strategic planning, and other relevant matters.
• Overall Management: Fully responsible for managing the accounting roles of both the HK office and China factory
• ERP Implementation: participate in ERP implementation, ensuring seamless integration with current processes and systems.
• 3+ years managerial or senior level in accounting roles with focus in manufacturing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel. Experience in ERP implementation is required.
• Proficient in English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• 5 days work
• Dongguan trip is required
• Annual leave : 14 days
