Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Azure-based solutions tailored to meet specific needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Azure solutions, ensuring alignment with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in Azure architecture and cloud computing.
• Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and enhance existing processes and solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Cross-Platform Knowledge: Utilize knowledge of Azure and other cloud platforms (eg GCP) to inform architectural decisions and integrate multi-cloud strategies where applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related major.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in IT, with significant experience in Azure architecture.
• Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in the insurance industry.
• Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with Azure. Experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
