What You’ll Do

• Prepare budget by establishing schedules; analysing and consolidating financial data; recommending plans.
• Oversee all Club investment by checking Investment Portfolio report from Investment Advisor and preparing related journals and manage fund transfer
• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Leger, Inventory Accounting, Purchasing and Payroll
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions of all contracts
• Report and coordinate for all potential insurance claims
• Provide the management with relevant, accurate and timely financial reports and information in accordance with accounting rules
• Collaborate with external auditing services for annual auditing
• Contribute to the business performance by way of analysis, recommendations, monitoring and implementation of business plans

What You’ll Need

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines
• Holder of CPA qualifications (HKICPA or ACCA, etc)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, etc.
• Enthusiastic, detail-minded, mature with positive attitude and a good team player
