• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. This role will focus on recruiting top talent for the banking and financial services industry.

Your new role

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles within the banking and financial services industry.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and ensure their expectations are met.
• Market Research: Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the banking and financial services industry to provide informed recruitment advice to clients and candidates.
• Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in any field is welcome.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the banking and financial services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese Cantonese and English.
