Home Manager (SW I) (Contract) (Ref.：SRH/149425)

Requirement:

• RSW, Degree in Social Work or above
• At least 5 years’ experience in social service, work in elderly service with management experience are preferable
• Certificate in Training for Home Managers is preferable
• Good command in written English and Chinese, good in proposal writing is the advantage
• Self-motivated, passion, good leadership and management skills, excellent interpersonal skills with multi-disciplinary professionals, users, carers and stakeholders

Job Duties:

• Supervise multi-disciplinary team and oversee the operation of nursing home
• Supervise financial budgets, reporting, and analysis and ensure the home's financial health by devising financial strategies to support the sustainability of the homes
• Identify and manage potential crises and risks, taking appropriate measures to mitigate the impact of risks
• Working Place: Shau Kei Wan
