Our subsidiary, Goodwill Management Limited (PMC licence (C-874426)) manages a new property, The Henderson, is Hong Kong’s boldest new architectural masterpiece & the city’s most spectacular commercial development in Central. We continuously dedicate to provide excellent and valued-added property management services for our landlords and customers and now invites candidates for the position of:-
Responsibilities:

• Assist the site-in-charge in managing and overseeing the day to day operations of property and customer services to provide all-round property management services
• Maintain good relationship with tenants by rendering prompt services at all times
• Manage and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and service providers
• Handle complaints and emergency incidents

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably major in Property Management or other related disciplines
• Holder of professional qualification (e.g. MCIH, MHKIH, etc.) or eligible to hold the Property Management Practitioner (Tier 1) Licence
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in management of Grade-A office building, with 6 years’ supervisory experience inclusive
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English
• Strong leadership with good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
