What You'll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers building foundational trading applications.
• Design and implement high-performance, scalable trading systems.
• Work closely with trading teams to enhance exchange connectivity and trading operations.
• Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of core trading infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot complex system and connectivity issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Set team strategy, plan workloads, and align business priorities with technical outcomes.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and optimizing backend systems, microservices, and database interactions.
• Building robust exchange API integrations, websockets, and low-latency protocols.
• Coding in C++ and Python, with exposure to TypeScript as a plus.
• Managing system performance under high data loads and ensuring reliability.
• Providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative engineering culture.

About You:

• Extensive experience in software development, ideally in high-frequency trading.
• Expertise in backend systems, microservices, and database-driven applications.
• Strong understanding of exchange connectivity, low-latency communication, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python, with TypeScript as a plus.
• Proven leadership experience, with a strategic and hands-on approach.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for building high-performance systems.
