Job description

Job Requirements

• Degree in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing or related disciplines
• At least 10 years relevant experience in Sweater
• Strong sense of fashion trends and expertise in new materials development
• Proficient in Design Software
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel to China and overseas is required

Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative journey for our fashion collections
• Conduct dynamic market research and trend analysis to translate insights into innovative design directions
• Provide inspiring creative direction and guidance to the design team, fostering alignment and consistency across all collections
• Review and approve design concepts, samples, fabrics, and color palettes, ensuring every detail meets our high standards of quality and style
• Effectively communicate design direction and progress to the team and cross-functional partners, ensuring a cohesive approach throughout the design process
• Collaborate closely with product developers to follow up on styles and selected fabrics each season
• Conceptualize and prepare for seasonal photoshoots that showcase our collections, capturing the essence of our brand and bringing our designs to life through stunning visuals
