• We are looking for PROJECT ENGINEER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Act as the primary point of contact between suppliers. Ensure clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and milestones.
• Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Assist in the preparation and management of costing, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Prepare weekly report to Senior Sales Manager.
• Bachelor's degree preferably in Project Management / Engineering / Business....or related
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• 2+ years working experience in project coordination, preferably in the toys industry.
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle and manufacturing processes within the toys industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members, stakeholders, suppliers, and clients.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and handle unexpected challenges.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with design and manufacturing software relevant to the toys industry (e.g., CAD, Pro E…) is advantageous.
• Understanding of the toys industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• Occasional China trip is required
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:00am-5:30pm)
• Annual leave : 10 days
