THE COMPANY :

• Professional engineering consulting firm in Asia Pacific region
• We are looking for SENIOR ADMIN OFFICER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Office Director
• Provide daily administrative support to the office
• Manage documentation and correspondence.
• Coordinate project schedules & documentation
• Organize and coordinate meetings with internal teams & external parties
• Prepare regular monitoring plan to ensure project deliverables are on schedule
• Compile reports, proposals and related documentation
• Participate in tender documentation preparation
• Maintain and keep update project files
• Any ad hoc tasks as required
• Degree holder
• 5+ years secretarial / administrative support / project support / documentation work or equivalent
• Experience in consulting engineering environment is a plus (not a must)
• Proficient in English & Chinese; good in written English
• Exposure to project or tender documentation work is a plus
• No trips is required
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Medical insurance
