• We are looking for QUALITY MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Operation Director
• Oversee all quality control processes, ensure compliance with key industry standards, and lead quality initiatives
• The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and familiarity with regulatory requirements in manufacturing, particularly in electronics and medical devices.
• Quality Process Management : Supervise Incoming (IQC), In-Process (IPQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC); Lead Quality Engineering (QE) activities to improve product reliability; Manage Document & Systems Control to ensure traceability and compliance.
• Compliance & Certifications : Maintain adherence to: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001 (QMS, Environmental, Safety); ISO 13485:2016 (Medical Devices); IATF 16949:2016 (Automotive); ANSI/ESD S20.20 (Electrostatic Discharge Control); Prepare for and manage external/certification audits.
• Continuous Improvement : Implement corrective/preventive actions ; Drive quality culture across departments (e.g., Production, R&D, Supply Chain..etc)
• Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or related)
• 5+ years in QA/QM, preferably in manufacturing/engineering
• Technical Skills : Quality systems (ISO, IATF, ESD); Audit management
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Experience in electronics manufacturing
• Experience in electronics and medical devices is a plus.

• 5 days work
• 13 months salary + bonus (past record one month extra bonus)
