• We are looking for SENIOR R&D ENGINEER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3+ years research and development, preferably in the sensor or electronics industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects.Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of sensor technologies and applications in automotives, home electrical appliances, industrial control, office automation, and intelligent security.
• Understanding of market dynamics in the US, EU, SE Asia, the Middle East, and other emerging markets.
• R&D Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic R&D plan to achieve company goals and drive innovation.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of researchers and engineers to ensure high performance and professional growth.
• Product Development: Oversee the development of new products from concept to commercialization, ensuring they meet market needs and regulatory requirements.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends, especially in SE Asia and the Middle East.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production, marketing, and sales teams to align R&D strategies with company goals.
• Budget Management: Manage the R&D budget and allocate resources effectively to ensure cost-efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure all R&D activities comply with safety and quality standards.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on R&D activities, project progress, and outcomes to the management team.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, advancements, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
• Travel: Stationed in the Dongguan factory with occasional trips to SE Asia to oversee R&D activities and collaborate with the local team.
• Mission: This role is crucial for driving the company's growth and ensuring its strong presence in the sensor market, particularly in the US, EU, SE Asia, the Middle East, and other emerging regions.
• Terms & Benefits: 5 days work; 13 months salary + performance bonus; medical & travel insurance
