The ESG and CSR Head will lead the development and execution of sustainability and CSR strategies, ensuring compliance with environmental, social, and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry groups to drive sustainable practices, manage compliance audits, and foster a culture of sustainability across the organization.

Description
- Develop key sustainability goals and initiatives; implement, and continuously refine sustainability and CSR policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance
- Drive the social compliance audits with internal team and manage follow-up actions.
- Support the local compliance team in reviewing audit reports, evaluating findings, addressing inquiries, and guiding corrective action plans for non-compliance at office and factory levels.
- Establish and maintain internal controls and measurement systems (e.g., KPIs) to monitor and drive sustainable improvements.
- Identify and assess risks and opportunities related to environmental hazards within the supply chain.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sustainability Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of managerial experience in CSR & the manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in building and leading global teams, either directly or within a matrix organization.
- In-depth knowledge of international labor, environmental, health, and safety regulations in key production markets (e.g., China, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and influencing abilities.
