Description

• Develop and implement quality control processes for lighting products, including LED, smart lighting, and traditional fixtures, to ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., UL, CE, RoHS).
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for product defects, ensuring continuous improvement in product reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to establish quality specifications and testing protocols during product development and production.
• Perform inspections and audits of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished lighting products to maintain consistent quality standards.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends, mitigate risks, and drive process improvements.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure component quality and compliance with specifications, fostering strong supplier relationships.
• Support customer feedback resolution by investigating quality issues and implementing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality assurance/control
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and regulatory requirements for appliances.
• Experience working with Asian suppliers and conducting factory audits in the region.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel regionally for supplier visits and inspections as needed.
