Are you passionate about driving quality standards and continuous improvement in garment manufacturing? We are seeking an experienced Head of Quality Assurance to lead strategic initiatives, foster a strong quality culture, and ensure product excellence through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Our client is a Leading Softline Manufacturer with good market presence. They are now looking for a Head of QA to drive improvements in production efficiency, compliance and sustainable quality practices.

Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality strategies that enhance process, product, and system standards.
• Lead and manage quality assurance protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and customer expectations.
• Partner closely with Sourcing, Sales, Merchandising, and Product Development teams to optimise quality performance.
• Monitor quality KPIs and risk assessments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action planning to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, proactively addressing any quality concerns and exceeding expectations.
• Lead factory teams in implementing effective quality control measures and training programs.

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or Testing Technology
• 10+ years of quality assurance leadership in garment manufacturing.
• Expertise in textile, testing processes, and industry regulations
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
