Description

As a Senior Leasing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy rates.
• Managing tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiating lease agreements and renewals in compliance with company policies.
• Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborating with internal teams to optimize tenant mix and property performance.
• Monitoring rental income to meet budgetary goals and financial targets.
• Preparing leasing reports for management review and decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in Hong Kong.

Profile

A successful Senior Leasing Manager should have:

• Proven track n, specifically in leasing and tenant management.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build lasting tenant relationships.
• A deep understanding of market trends and property regulations in Hong Kong.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving leasing targets.
