Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee the leasing of station shop facilities including kiosks, banks and other vending machines
• Provide recommendations to develop and implement appropriate leasing strategies to enhance tenant mix and render customer services to maximise rental revenue
• Monitor the retail fitting-out works and support station shop projects by liaising with internal or external stakeholders
• Perform central duties of the section to enhance consistent performance and service standard, such as consolidation of monthly report and system review, etc.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business or a related discipline
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in property leasing or marketing
• Knowledge of retail shop management, fitting-out supervision or station operations is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in various software applications
