Job description

Our group is managing a collection of diversified brands across different dining concepts, from the appreciation of world-class gastronomic experience as fine art at its Michelin-starred restaurants, Tenku RyuGin 天空龍吟, Ta Vie 旅and Sushi Saito Hong Kong, to the indulgence of tasteful culinary concept at La Bombance and Yakiniku Jumbo (2018 Q2), to the fun of dining at a variety of fast-paced yet hearty eateries including Oreryu Shio Ramen and L.D.K. by Ufufu Cafe. We are looking for talented ambitious professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing & purchasing of food items
• Sourcing potential suppliers to support operations team to introduce new products and perform follow-up works
• Research and share the latest material trend and market intelligence
• Monitor suppliers costing and pricing issues to achieve competitive price, deals and terms
• Follow up purchase orders and delivery arrangement in order to support daily operations
• Maintain awareness of potential sources, products and cost saving opportunities
• Maintain adequate stock level and manage logistics arrangements for receiving, stocking and daily transfer
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Degree in purchasing/supply chain or related disciplines;
• At least 4 years procurement experience in catering/food & beverage industry;
• Good Connections with distributors/suppliers and able to build a positive working relationship with them;
• Good communication skill in Cantonese and English;
• Able to influence, motivates and encourage the achievement of results;
• Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese processing;
• Immediate available is highly preferable.
