THE COMPANY :

• Trading & distributing : optical testing equipment
• Main market : HK, China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and SE Asia
• We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Team Leader
• Work in a team of 3-4 members
• Receive and answer incoming calls and emails from clients, vendors and suppliers
• Log all support calls into the ticketing system and then proceed to manage and update the ticket to resolution
• Work closely with multiple departments to enhance the sales workflow, account receivables and credit control
• Data entry/administration of service contracts, agreements and scheduling and calendars
• Post service calls follow up
• Prepare reports to clients, management and vendors of a high quality and to deadline
• Update manufacturer warranty information and renewals
• Diploma or above with at least 2 year relevant working experience in sales admin or Customer Service
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or equivalent applications
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, customer oriented, able to multitask and work under pressure
• Proficient communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9:30am-6:30pm)
• Annual leave : 12 days + 2 additional days during Chinese New Year
