Based in Hong Kong and with a business network covering major cities of the PRC, the US, Canada and Europe, the Group employs around 1,250 staff worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full spectrum of administrative support including general office administration, procurement, fixed assets management, company events, office renovation, maintenance and insurance/service contract renewal
  • Assist in planning, organizing, supervising and/ or directly carrying out maintenance/ repair works of systems/ equipment and conducting system reviews to ensure system reliability and availability
  • Assist in coordination with various internal and external parties such as various government departments, vendors/ suppliers, sub-contractors and so on for operations and maintenance works
  • Monitor the handling of emergency incidents, and provision effective solutions for continuous improvement
  • Draft, negotiate, and review various business contracts and legal documents (such as service agreements, licensing agreements, etc.)
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of a mixed property portfolio
  • Handle office lease management, office renovation, relocation projects and seating plan arrangement
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Administration, Building Services or related disciplines;
  • A minimum of 5 years of project management and maintenance or related experience;
  • Relevant experience to handle office repair services and sound knowledge of electricity and mechanical would be an advantage
  • Good communication skills and the manner in dealing with others
  • Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and professional maintenance practices
  • Excellent drafting and communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of a mixed property portfolio
  • Proficient in MS applications, including MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint is an advantage
  • Independent, able to work flexibly & multi-task to meet tight timeline
  • Detail-minded and able to work under a tight schedule, prioritize and handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Working Location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
