• Be the AGENT to make change happen and make GREEN common!
• Manage shipping, freight forwarding, warehousing & inventory management for chilled & frozen products for different regions
• Develop an appropriate risk mitigation strategy through an appropriate freight forwarder party to maintaining continuity of supply whilst reducing risk
• Ensure accurate and timely shipment schedule which work closely with factory and related departments to ensure smooth operations
• Develop the resolution of operational exceptions with factory and freight forwarder (3PL) on day-to-day shipment planning, including sea/air/courier shipment
• Make sure all import and export activities complied with laws and customs regulations of different regions.
• Establish preferred 3PL selection criteria based on cost, quality, delivery, certifications, compliance with governmental procurement regulations
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Passionate in promoting GREEN lifestyle, knowledge in vegetarian / vegan product is a plus
• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 6 year of solid experience in shipping and supply chain management in Food Manufacturing / FMCG
• Knowledge in frozen food and plant base product is preferred;
• Solid experience with export market eg US/UK and Incoterms for international business experience will be advantage
• Team player with positive attitude, well-organized, self-motivated and good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in fast-paced environment and independently
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
