We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Next Gen Partnership Manager to drive the development of our fintech partnerships globally (Asia, Europe and LatAM).

Principal Responsibilities

• Collaborating with business units to define business needs and requirements for fintech partners
• Sourcing of fintech partners and ensuring strategic alignment with our business objectives
• Assessing fintech partners and conducting diligence in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Onboarding and integrating fintech partners into the HSBC technology ecosystem
• Monitoring performance of fintech partnerships and SLAs to ensure value creation and delivery of targeted business and customer outcomes
• Reporting and governance of overall portfolio of fintech partners across HSBC Globally•
• Collaborate with HSBC Ventures and Venture & Growth Investments to drive the fintech partnerships’ agenda

Requirements - University degree in relevant discipline

• Experience with innovation and digital transformation, start-up experience preferred but not critical
• 2-3 years minimum experience in the insurance industry, with solid knowledge and granular understanding of core insurance process including product development, marketing & distribution, claims and underwriting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, and ability to influence peers
• Results-focused; strong orientation to business development
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge about Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
