Business Function
Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

Responsibility
Customer Related
• Ensure the highest standard of customer services.
• Escalate the customer inquiry/ complaint to supervisor for handling.
• Maintain appropriate level of contact with internal and external customers.
Operations Related
• Familiar with the processing requirements to the application systems in use.
• Ensure the transaction requests are correctly and completely processed.
• Provide internal clerical support from time to time assigned by supervisor.
• Pay attention to the general internal control requirement and ensure compliance.
• Assist to carry out the checking function from time to time assigned by supervisor.
• Maintain basic knowledge to the HKAB, statutory requirements and relevant regulations.
• Ensure the tasks assigned by supervisor are completed in a timely manner.
Employee Related
• Maintain harmony relationship with peers.
• Report any fraudulent behavior to supervisor.
Organizational
• Report to supervisor on a regular and ad hoc basis.
• Provide useful information and suggestions for process improvement.
• Keep informed of all relevant bank policies.
• Effectively communicate within own unit and with other departments/ divisions.

Requirement
• Secondary Education (HKCEE/DSE) holder or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in banking operations, branch operations experience is a plus.
• Good customer relations and communication skills.
• Good teamwork mind-set.
• Good understanding in branch operations.
• Capable to meet tight deadlines and performs efficiently under pressure
• Good in both English and Chinese.
• Knowledge in PC.
