Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for cross-functional collaboration to manage and direct all aspects of CFSG business, including:

  • creating sales opportunities to achieve business goals/KPIs and collaborating with cross-divisional sales team and product-specialists to identify additional revenue streams;
  • orchestrating all aspects of sales strategy for CFSG, including developing strategic business plans that expand the customer base and ensure CFSG maintains a strong presence in the industry;
  • proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads and experimenting with new methods to capture current demand in the market
  • identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth
  • designing a performance-driven incentive scheme/structure to encourage, inspire and reward salespeople for their achievements effectively;
  • providing cross-asset advisory services catering to the investment and wealth management needs of individuals, corporate, and/or high net worth clients;
  • assisting corporate clients to develop businesses through capital markets and participating in corporate finance transactions (i.e. capital raising, ECM / equity capital market, pre-IPO, share placement, rights issue);
  • formulating sales and marketing plans and leading strategic implementation of activities that drives conversions, enhances the company’s brand, enriches personalized experience for customers, promotes service quality, customer loyalty, satisfaction, and engagement;
  • promoting and reinforcing our tech-driven trading services and platform, e.g. Alpha i trading application in order to generate sales lead & acquire new clients;
  • devising, implementing and executing initiatives and sales strategies to grow our brand's market share & customer base;
  • taking the role as an internal consultant on commercial terms & fees, technology, and business trends in the industry;
  • networking with other stakeholders in the industry (i.e. broker-dealers, investment banks, audit firms, corporate finance lawyers)
  • handling other projects assigned by top management

Job Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent- qualifications in IIQE/HKSI/MPF/CFP/CM will be preferred;
  • Proven track record in growing customer portfolio, driving sales, meeting and exceeding targets;
  • Sound knowledge and solid experience in distributing financial products and services, including but not limited to full-fledged investment and insurance products;
  • Hands-on experience with marketing, client acquisition and business development;
  • Knowledge and experience in corporate banking products and services will be a plus;
  • Ability to team up with cross-divisional specialists in facilitating potential cross-selling/upselling opportunities
  • Highly agile in learning, adapting to ever-changing business environment, and with strong ability to cope with fast, dynamic pace;
  • proactive, mature, independent, customer-focused, result-oriented with problem-solving attitude;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Ability to travel abroad for business development will be a definite advantage.
