We are offering:

  • An 18-month management trainee programme accelerated development path which allows you to build management capabilities and skills through assignments and postings across different functions
  • 6-month job rotation in different departments to learn about the operations and broaden your understanding of our business at different aspects
  • 12-month specific department attachment to gain a deeper understanding about the operations depending on individual preference and our evaluation on your performance
  • A series of well-structured learning & development activities, on-the-job training, exposure to senior management and mentoring will be tied up with your different development stages
  • Assistant Manager or Supervisory position will be available for you with outstanding performance and capabilities to progress further along your career ladder
