To cope with our rapid growth, we are looking for high caliber individual for the following position:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sourcing, buying and organizing the business for specific brands
• Liaise with vendors on order and shipment, coordinate with stores and warehouse for stock allocation and replenishment
• Manage sales forecasts, buying budget and inventory control
• Prepare Action plan, Sales Report, Sell-Through Report, Stock Take Report and OTB Report, etc.
• Manage all aspects of Retail Operations
• Develop and implement ATL & BTL promotion and retail strategies at operational level
• Provide product training and fashion trend information to the front-line staff
• Regular report to management for sales performance, merchandise mix, inventory situations and important issues
• Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, VM team and other counterparts to maximize sales performance and achieve business goals
• To perform ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• University graduate in retail management or fashion disciplines
• At least 8 years buying experience for international fashion brands. Candidate with less experience can be considered for a lower position.
• Strong commercial sense and passion for fashion are essential.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient PC skills in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup and other formula functions)
• Willing to work on shift
