Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in Fashion or Textiles or equivalent
• Above 5 years’ solid experience preferable gained in luxury brands in quality control and good knowledge of global regulatory especially for EU, China and US
• Solid experience in handling testing/QA/QC in fashion and textiles in before.
• Familiar with policies and experience in communication with regulator is an advantage
• A positive team player who is self-motivated, detail-minded, and flexible
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word and Excel

Responsibilities:

• To prepare and develop with R&D the risk assessment in product, compliance or operation risks for line manager review
• Provide assistance to auditors in compliance reviews and prepare management reports regarding compliance operations and progress
• Verify, file and maintain all compliance reports and regulatory policies, complaints received, investigation outcome and documented, implemented and communicated procedures
• Advise technical professionals on the development or use of product / environmental compliance or reporting tools and utilize internal systems to research, input and extract relevant data in order with the smooth shipment schedule
• Evaluate the quality issue and communication with internal departments/ vendor for any follow-up or investigations
• Evaluate testing procedures to meet the specifications of environmental monitoring programs and coordination of testing as well as results and invoicing follow-up
• Support to create sample testing protocol and physical testing, and research new product testing methodologies
• Discuss emerging compliance issues with management or employees, and proactive communication and follow up with the internal departments, testing lab and vendors where necessary
