• We are looking for Assistant Quality Manager - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Over 6 years work experience in watch prefer watch manufacturers
• Experience in quality / technical / engineering or related
• Familiar with European/US/international watch branded customers’ requirements
• Report to Quality Director
• Lead and monitor QC functions in Shenzhen factory
• Manage all internal and external quality issues to reach zero defects.
• Lead China QC team of 5-6 members to carry out daily quality control function and define specifications to fulfill customers’ expectation.
• Follow up on customer complaints and corresponding corrective actions.
• Resolve quality issues together with the Technical team
• Ensure quality control efficiency on a day to day basis
• Manage and monitor the performance of Quality Control team, train team members
• Support internal teams (purchasing, production & engineering) to solve quality issues
• Station Shenzhen factory
• 5 days work

• Company shuttle bus provided between LoWu & Shenzhen factory
• Transportation fee between HK & LoWu re-imbursed
