Job Descriptions:

- Provide support on Corporate Network Infrastructure, including Hong Kong, China, Macau, and all branches network

- Work with external vendor to provide support on corporate telephony and voice recorders

- Maintenance of corporate telephony and voice recorders

- Participate in network infrastructure related projects

- Ensure the accuracy of network inventory, circuit inventory and network diagrams

Requirements:

- Degree holder in relevant discipline or equivalent

- 7+ years relevant working experience on supporting large scale corporate network

- Holder of CCNP, CCIE or above is preferred

- Strong knowledge of enterprise level routing and switching technology, including OSPF, EIGRP, Multihomed-BGP, HSRP, IP-SLA, Spanning tree topology in CISCO network would be advantageous

- Good knowledge on Avaya PABX and WFO recording system

- Able to respond to emergency situations after office hours in a timely manner

- Work during non-office hour and weekend is required

- Candidates coming from Telecommunication, System Integrator background are welcomed

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
