Ovolo is seeking an innovative leader to join our senior leadership team here in Hong Kong. As a member of the Leadership team, the position sets the strategy for and leads operational excellence across shared services and the Hong Kong portfolio of Hotels.. You should consider yourself as a hands-on leader, humble in approach and hold enough experience to be strategic whilst also supporting the operation at hand.

The gig:

  • Build and maintain strong relationship with the established clientele and constantly explore into new business opportunities.
  • Implement action plans to achieve personal and team goals that align with the business strategies of the hotel.
  • Responsible for driving guest loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each guest experience.
  • Actively identify upselling opportunities to grow and maximize revenue.
  • Perform sales promotion activities and conduct hotel inspections with prospective guests
  • Conduct site visit and work closely with internal parties and external customers e.g. relocation and property agencies, existing and potential corporate clients
  • Conduct monthly market surveys via tele-call, and quarterly updates by site visit
  • Partner with the hotel’s leadership team to develop a comprehensive strategic plan to grow market share

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in sales experience
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent team player, Can-do attitude with self-motivation and proactive
  • Ability to source and procure business and establish effective relationships
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive

Who are we looking for?

  • Degree or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years' working experience in hotels industry
  • Strong sales negotiation skills, independent and customer-oriented
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent team player, can-do attitude with self-motivation and proactive
  • Ability to source and procure business and establish effective relationships
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Degree / Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in sales experience
