Key Accountabilities

  • Compile sales budget and forecast to achieve the overall strategy plan of the Hotel
  • Keep abreast of both local and overseas market trends and recommend appropriate tactical plans and counteract strategies
  • Develop relationship with existing and potential corporate clients
  • Conduct relevant team briefings and share successful stories and review if there is room for making further breakthroughs
  • Maintain the sales and client database and draw insights through analytical reports

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree holder in hospitality, business administration or relevant disciplines
  • Around 4 years of proven track records in sales and marketing function in hospitality industry
  • Possess positive mindset with service centered leadership and proactive in character
  • Be a smart negotiator with proficient interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Chinese and English oral /business writing, fluency in Putonghua would be an added advantage
  • Excellent PC skills and experience of Sales Systems (i.e. Opera etc) is advantageous
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as Senior Sales Manager
