Our client is one of the world's largest snack companies looking for a Distributor Sales Manager for their Commercial Sector to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver against revenue and volume targets by focusing on distributors’ KPIs
  • Monitor the sales and distribution activities of the distributor
  • Communicate with each distributor to gather feedback for strategic and spontaneous tactics development
  • Work with the Distributor to manage inventory levels, out-of-stock, warehousing, product ageing, and trade returns
  • Provide timely sales reports and analysis
  • Debit note handling
  • Ensure that your team acts with the highest degree of integrity and equally complies 100% with the corporate policies on compliance

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Key Accounts, or Sales Management role and 5 years in a managerial capacity
  • Must have FMCG and Modern Trade experience.
  • Good command of English and Cantonese language, Mandarin.
  • Strong ability to influence.
  • Computer literate, especially in Excel / Access, PowerPoint, and Words
  • Knowledge and experience with Distributor management is a plus.
