Job Duties:

• Receive instructions from; and maintain close communication and collaboration with, the DSD hotline, ESDO, DSD Staff and any other DSD's Contractors;
• Be responsbile for the overall coordination of the DLF gangs, the FLORETs, DTGs, STGs, CCC's manpower, labour, material, plant and equipment of the Contractor and/ or other DSD's Contractors in handling cases, and submission of reports to the DSD Hotline, ESDO and DSD Staff;
• Carry out duties on a collaborative team-work basis under the overall direction of the CenM;
• Continuously check notification emails and inbox items in the DRAMIS or other equivalent system for receiving and handling cases;
• Maintain close communication with the DLF gangs, FLORTs, DTGs and STGs and/or other DSD's Contractors to obtain flooding situations, such as, scale of flooding, causes, status of follow up actions and photos; and
• Keep the case originators from the public well informed of the actions taken for their cases on a regular interval.

Job Requirements:

• Possess qualifications equivalent to or higher than a Diploma or Higher Certificate holder in Civil Engineering plus at least 2 years of experience in drainage maintenance or customer service;
• Possess qualifications equivalent to or higher than an Ordinary Certificate holder in Civil Engineering plus at least 1 year of experience in drainage maintenance or customer service; and
• Good in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
