The company specializes in areas such as Merchandising, Sales and Marketing, Retails, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting and other general appointments.

We are sincerely looking for high caliber candidates to fill this post:

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Minimum 2 - 4 years' experience in sales coordination or sales administration or related field
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide sales admin support for the sales & marketing department
  • Shipping arrangement
  • Follow up purchase order
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of sales activities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
