Responsibilities:

• Prepare HKMA reports, statistics and surveys data ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assist in preparing statutory accounts and facilitating audit processes
• Address accounting issues related to banking products or systems
• Compile financial reports for local management and Head Office
• Collaborate with other departments and Head Office on accounting matters

Ideal candidates are expected to possess:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in an audit firm or the banking industry
• Proficient in HKFRS, HKAS
• Experience in HKMA regulatory reporting preferred but not a must
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) applications
• Fluency in Mandarin and English
• Self-motivated, independent, and adaptable to a fast paced environment
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with attention to detail
