Job description

We are a well-established construction company and now seeking motivated candidate for the following position:

Job Responsibilities:

• Management and coordination of BIM applications for Building Construction Projects

• Supervise and provide guidance / training for a team of BIM Engineers for BIM project execution :

• 2D CSD and CBWD production from 3D models

• 3D Architectural, Structural and MEP BIM production, clash analysis, walk-through analysis and as-built model

• 4D Construction Simulation

• 5D Quantity Take-off

• Research and development on innovative applications of BIM technologies

• Facilitate BIM training for in-house staffs

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Architectural Studies, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Interior Design or equivalent
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in application of BIM for Building Construction Projects
• Have good knowledge, technique and experience in relevant BIM software
• Experienced in 3D, 4D and 5D architectural, structural and MEP BIM applications and associated research
