The Company :

• Professional firm providing services including auditing, accounting, corporate service & corporate finance with 100 staff in Hong Kong office
• We are looking for Accountant (in-house Accounting Team) – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Work in in-house Accounting Team of 4 members
• Generate invoices using Xero or Odoo systems;
• Supervise and oversee Accounts Receivable with division managers;
• Perform bank statement reconciliations to ensure accuracy with financial records in Xero / Odoo;
• Utilize WeChat to communicate with colleagues in Shanghai and Shenzhen;
• Ensure the reconciliation of current accounts within the group companies; and
• LCC Higher/Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting or related field;
• Good in Excel and willing to learn computerized accounting systems;
• Proficient of English and Chinese languages
• No trips is required
