• Financial technology company (FINTECH)
• We provide comprehensive fintech solutions for banks and financial institutions in HK and Asia Pacific region
• We specialized in developing the software and fintech solutions for financial products trading and settlement including but not limited to securities, derivatives, funds, bonds and other OTC products..etc
• We are looking for Customer Service - with details as follows :

The Job :

• Handle daily phone support and enquiries from banks and brokerage firms (B2B)
• Perform daily operations and system monitoring.
• Handle all the on-going maintenance and client operation support activities;
• Follow up service issues, e.g. investigate the root causes and ensure remedial and corrective measures are implemented.
• Tertiary educated preferably in Business, Finance, Information Technology or any related disciplines preferred;
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years work experience preferably in banking/finance/investment sector
• Experience or knowledge in FINTECH is a big plus
• Knowledge in banking or financial operation/system support is a plus
• Good telephone manner and responsive to clients’ enquiries;
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Fresh graduate will be considered.
• Passion in financial technology
• Mon to Fri 2pm-11pm; 5 days work
• Annual leave : 12 days
• Medical insurance
• Very few OT work is required
