Our client is one of the largest French corporate investment banks. They are currently looking for a high calibre as Accounts Payable Officer to handle general expenses account entries, expenses settlement, vendor invoice settlements and staff reimbursement. The candidate should have 2-3 years of working experience in accounts payable or expenses settlement within banking industry.

Our client is one of the largest French corporate investment banks and they are now opening up an Accounts Payable Officer to handle expenses settlement, vendor invoice settlements and staff reimbursement. The team is responsible for payment processing, including but not limited to general expenses account entries, report generation and other daily duties relating to expenses settlement.

工作内容

• Responsible for expenses settlement including vendor invoices settlements and staff reimbursement processing and ensuring all the invoices are processed with proper supporting documents and approval
• Handle invoice scanning and data input, post entries in payment related systems
• Post accounting entries of project suspense account and post expenses payable entries
• Prepare recharging invoice of entities and other branches and follow up account receivables
• Prepare SAW daily and monthly report and other ad hoc duties as required

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's degree with major in accounting, finance, any other related discipline
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounts payable or expenses settlement within banking industry. Open to commerical background candidates too.
• Strong understanding in accounting and sensitive to numbers
• Detail minded and hardworking, able to work under pressure and multi-tasking
• Highly fluent in English communications skills both spoken and written
