Our client is a multinational frozen food manufacture with strong brand image in the industry. They have put dedicated focus in frozen fruit and have developed their business in Asia including Australia, China, Japan, Korea and Taiwan. They have been supplying their high quality products to top tier major retailers. With stable growth in the recent years, they would like to invite a Key Account Manager to join their team.

Description

This Key Account Manager will report to the APAC Business Head. This role will maintain and develop excellent relationship with existing clients, as well as acquire new customers for the company. The role will also collaborate with project management team in the company to contribute in new project initiatives for APAC region. You will work hands-on on order fulfilment and ensure customer's satisfaction. Occasional travels will be required for this role.

Profile

The successful candidate must have at least 4 years of sales or key account management experience to supermarkets/ department stores. You should have solid track record in both upselling and acquiring new customers for the company. Candidates need to be self-motivated, independent and have strong interpersonal and selling skills. Great level of English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required. Proficient level of other languages is an advantage.
