Great opportunity to join a Leading Restaurant Chain for an Operations Manager to manage its outlets in HK.

Client Details

Our client is a Leading Restaurant Chain with good reputation in the market with over 40 shops in Hong Kong. They are now looking for an Operations Manager to join their expanding team.

Description

• Oversee all operations related activities of the 40+ chain restaurants and 100+ staff to drive sales and productivity
• Identify and execute business and operation strategies by analysing trends, to maximise efficiency, service standard and performance
• Set up SOP and KPI to monitor restaurant performance, standards and quality

Profile

• Higher Diploma or above
• Over 8 years in F&B Operations experience, preferably manage chain restaurants before
• Detail-oriented, pro-active, people-oriented
• Strong leadership and good team player
• Track records in P&L management
• Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
